Lorenzo Cervera Olagüe

I am a project manager within the Sensors and Robotics line of the Digital Transformation Unit at AINIA. I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (specialisation in Electronics and Automation) from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. I have been working at AINIA since 2003, where I have specialised in the application of different types of spectroscopic sensors and hyperspectral imaging in agri-food matrices. My work spans from the earliest stages of experimental design to the final phase of implementation in industrial processing lines, including field and laboratory measurements, the development of machine learning models, and the programming of software applications for equipment control and automated model deployment. Throughout these years, I have participated in numerous research and development projects related to sensor development and process automation in the agri-food industry.
