MULTIPASS

Objective

To develop and implement a Digital Product Passport (DPP) solution applicable to multiple industrial sectors, in response to future regulatory obligations established by the European Union. To this end, the project aims to model the value chains of the different sectors, identify and structure the information that must be included in the DPP, and develop a common, scalable and extensible technological platform that enables its management by manufacturers, intermediaries and end users. It also includes the integration of this solution with companies’ production systems and processes to facilitate the collection and management of the required data. The platform will be validated in collaboration with companies from the sectors involved, ensuring that it meets real market needs.

Activities

Analysis of functional and technical requirements. Covers the identification and modelling of the regulatory, functional and data requirements of the Digital Product Passport for the different industrial sectors.
Development and prototyping of the MULTIPASS Digital Passport Architecture. Includes the design and development of the common DPP platform, including the functional architecture and core technological components.
MULTIPASS Sectoral Integration and Interoperability. Focuses on implementing the data models, services and connectors required to adapt the platform to each industrial sector.
Industrial piloting and validation of the MULTIPASS platform. Encompasses the deployment, piloting and final validation of the MULTIPASS system in real industrial environments.
