At AINIA Centro Tecnológico, through Consumolab, our center for consumer behavior studies, we participate in the Erasmus + European project GYMSEN (Sensory Gymnastics for the Elderly). It is a training project aimed at maintaining the sensorial capacities of the elderly, especially the senses of taste and smell, in order to improve their nutrition, well-being and, ultimately, their quality of life.
