Objective

The

main objective

of this project consists of the integral valorisation of brines of different nature generated in preservation and seasoning activities in the Valencian industrial sector through sustainable integrated systems for obtaining high value-added compounds, water purification and generation of products of industrial interest.

Activities

Identification, collection and characterisation of brines.
Study of conditioning.
Extraction of bioactive compounds from brines.
Generation of products of interest from bioelectrochemical systems.
Validation of products of interest as a resource in industrial activity.
Sustainability analysis and technical-economic study.
Project management and coordination.
