Commitment to equality

AINIA’s commitment to equal opportunities is reflected in the development and implementation of an Equality Plan focused on ensuring respect for the principle of equal treatment and opportunities, eliminating discrimination against women in the workplace, and promoting equality between men and women.
AINIA, with the “Fent Empresa. Iguals en Oportunitats” seal, awarded by the Vicepresidència i Conselleria d’Igualtat i Polítiques Inclusives, maintains a strong commitment to equal opportunities between women and men through proactive actions in areas such as access to employment, training, internal promotion, work-life balance, workplace flexibility, communication, etc.

Social solidarity actions

At international level, we have participated in support actions in countries facing emergency situations due to natural disasters or food crises. We have coordinated food shipments to areas such as Haiti or Bolivia, and have carried out projects in collaboration with various organisations, including:

Social Return Measurement (SROI)

Each year, we carry out an analysis of all the activity generated by AINIA using the SROI (Social Return On Investment) methodology, a method based on principles for measuring extra-financial value, that is, environmental, social and economic value.
