Complete sample traceability
The system allows the complete traceability of samples to be viewed, from the moment they are received at AINIA, through their transfer to the laboratories, the entry of results and the final report.
Real-time results
The entry of analytical results by our laboratory staff generates a real-time transfer of these data, thereby facilitating operations when you require Positive Release.
Customisable retailer specifications
It provides an intuitive system that allows you to publish the specifications of the retailers you work with. In this way, compliance/non-compliance with these specifications based on the analytical results of your samples generates automatic alerts of great interest so that you can act proactively.
Customisable rules and alerts management
The rules management system allows you to establish a logic so that you can receive email notifications when certain previously established conditions are met.
MRLs from 20+ countries
It allows the MRLs of more than 20 countries worldwide to be displayed, as well as the specifications of the phytosanitary register.
Data export and Interoperability
All table-type structures can be exported to a structured format (XLS, CSV…) so that you can work with the data from external software applications. We can integrate with your management systems (ERP, LIMS; etc…).
Final analytical report
The completion of the workflow in AINIA’s laboratories ultimately results in the preparation of an analytical report in PDF format, which appears linked.
Graphical data visualisation
A highly intuitive system for analysing information on samples, parameters and results through dynamic graphical representations. Through these, you can access data, reports, results, etc.
Sample labelling
Coded labels to attach to your samples (unique alphanumeric codes). These labels are linked to the online request registered in the system, so that when we receive the sample, we can access the information you have provided, avoiding transcription errors and the re-entry of information into the analytical intake process (automatic upload).
