Objective
The overall objective of the project is to generate the knowledge required to lay the foundations for new cellular agriculture. with the aim of positioning companies in the Valencian Community as benchmarks in the field of food production based on cultivated meat as a sustainable, high-quality alternative protein source. In line with the priorities of the European Green Deal, the “Farm to Fork” strategy for a fair, healthy and environmentally friendly food system, and the EU’s climate ambition for 2030 and 2050.
