IVACE – AINIA Non-Economic Activities Plan 2021

AINIA Non-Economic Activities Plan 2021
16 June, 2021

Objective

AINIA, in its commitment to continue offering valuable solutions to the business community to address the main social and market challenges, focuses its research and development activity on:

  • Food of the future
  • Food Safety
  • Digital transition
  • Ecological transition
  • Health and quality of life

The complexity of the challenges involves designing solutions, in many cases of considerable complexity, based on research and innovation. AINIA’s commitment to the business community continues to drive us towards generating new knowledge and developing innovative technologies.

The thematic priorities of the lines included in this Plan are framed around several RIS3-CV development axes, mainly in the agri-food sector and specifically within QUALITY OF LIFE:

  1. Position the Valencian Community as a world reference in the production of healthy, high-quality food and cosmetics oriented towards people’s needs.
  2. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the agri-food production system through the development and use of technology.
  3. Be a benchmark in the sustainable production of food, cosmetics and household products, taking into account economic and environmental factors and the appropriate use of natural resources.
  4. Develop personalised consumer products that incorporate added value thanks to differentiated design and performance, responding to the individual needs of companies
  5. Incorporate more efficient, sustainable and competitive processes and materials.
