5th Future Food Conference

At AINIA, we are organising the 5th edition of the Innovation Conference «Food of the Future», which will take place at our facilities, with the aim of providing an up-to-date overview of the main challenges and opportunities facing the food sector.

Throughout the event, the key innovation areas for progressing towards more sustainable and healthier foods and production systems will be addressed, with a focus on the development of new products and ingredients, valorisation and the circular economy, emerging technologies and the role of artificial intelligence as an innovation tool. This will be complemented by business success stories showing how these strategies are being put into practice in the food industry.

During the Conference, attendees will be able to visit the innovation showroom, where innovative products that are success stories or are due to be launched on the market will be displayed.

Desde que me incorporé a AINIA en 1996, he desarrollado mi actividad en el departamento de marketing, con un enfoque centrado en la atención al asociado.
