The European macro-project SUCCIPAK, in which AINIA participates together with 18 partners from 6 countries, has achieved great results. It has been possible to obtain for the first time a bioplastic (PBS) of sources 100% renewable, a great advance because until now they were obtained only from fossil sources. With the new bioplastic, the first prototypes of intelligent, biodegradable and compostable packaging have been developed.
