Our entity will not be held responsible for the contents that have been freely published by a user. The user must remember that their posts will be visible to other users, and therefore they are solely responsible for their posts and their privacy.
Our entity may use the Social Network to advertise, provided that it complies with the requirements of the applicable Data Protection Regulations in force and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending our pages to other users so that they can also enjoy promotions or be informed of events or activities of our entity will not be considered as advertising.
Our entity reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions involving users who wish to participate and who are linked to our website. When using the Social Network platform for this purpose, said platform will publish the terms and conditions of each contest or promotion in compliance with the applicable law or regulation.
