The Spanish Interprofessional Association of Poultry Meat (Avianza) is an organisation with 25 years of activity, bringing together more than 65 associated companies, including farms, production centres, and cutting and processing facilities.

In Network Interviews, we discussed projects, digitalisation and sustainability with the Deputy Technical Director at AVIANZA, Arán Zaldívar.
