An unique technology solution: AI chemical vision
CHEMInspector is an inspection system that combines hyperspectral vision systems, uniquely designed lighting sources and AI-powered analysis software to monitor production in real time, which is implemented directly on the production line without requiring contact or sample destruction.
Conventional machine vision technologies are not enough because they cannot measure chemical properties, making them unable to characterize products based on parameters invisible to the human eye.

- Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR)
Photonic technique that makes possible obtaining the spectral signature of any substance and extracting its chemical properties information.
- Hyperspectral vision
Technology that combines image acquisition (areas) with detailed information about the composition of each point (spectral signature).
Applied Artificial intelligence
- Decision support algorithms
Simulating human intelligence makes possible the analysis of large amounts of data for decision making. Using the spectral signature, these techniques can identify extraneous materials or estimate the composition of a product.
- Edge computing
The use of graphics processing units (GPUs) accelerates the processing and analysis of large amounts of data in real time, without the need to send the data to a server and being able to make real-time decisions in the process.
- Augmented reality
It enhances key aspects of an image by displaying valuable information that aids understanding. Thanks to hyperspectral imaging, it is possible to identify, for example, foreign materials or defective products, highlighting them against the acceptable product.
