Neste contexto, no projeto <strong data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"508\">BIOPROSPECT<\/strong>, trabalh\u00e1mos na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o e valida\u00e7\u00e3o funcional de novas estirpes microbianas atrav\u00e9s de <strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"659\">estrat\u00e9gias avan\u00e7adas de bioprospe\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, combinadas com ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas que permitem agilizar e otimizar a sua avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"1064\">O BIOPROSPECT permitiu avan\u00e7ar no conhecimento e na obten\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"850\">bact\u00e9rias \u00e1cido-l\u00e1cticas (BAL)<\/strong> com potencial fermentativo e probi\u00f3tico, bem como desenvolver uma <strong data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1002\">plataforma automatizada para a cribagem e monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do crescimento microbiano<\/strong>, claramente orientada para a sua futura aplica\u00e7\u00e3o industrial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1135\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/s_H6CJmK3Ic\"><strong data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1135\">V\u00eddeo: resultados e abordagem tecnol\u00f3gica do BIOPROSPECT<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1427\">Neste v\u00eddeo, apresentamos os principais resultados do projeto e a abordagem tecnol\u00f3gica desenvolvida para identificar e avaliar micro-organismos de interesse a partir de <strong data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1358\">ambientes marinhos profundos e amostras humanas<\/strong>, bem como o seu potencial para gerar novas solu\u00e7\u00f5es biotecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s_H6CJmK3Ic?si=1khQa3oRXKRwxSEY\" width=\"800\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1522\"><strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1522\">Bioprospe\u00e7\u00e3o em ambientes diversificados para ampliar a biodiversidade microbiana<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"2022\">No \u00e2mbito do BIOPROSPECT, a bioprospe\u00e7\u00e3o microbiana foi abordada a partir de duas origens complementares. Por um lado, foram realizadas campanhas de amostragem em <strong data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1716\">fundos marinhos profundos<\/strong>, com o objetivo de identificar g\u00e9neros microbianos ainda pouco explorados e com potencial biotecnol\u00f3gico. Por outro lado, trabalh\u00e1mos com <strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1901\">amostras humanas provenientes de lactentes<\/strong>, uma fonte particularmente relevante para o isolamento de bact\u00e9rias \u00e1cido-l\u00e1cticas associadas ao ecossistema intestinal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2185\">A partir destas fontes, foram isoladas <strong data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2099\">mais de 100 estirpes bacterianas<\/strong>, que foram posteriormente submetidas a um processo estruturado de cribagem e sele\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2262\"><strong data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2262\">Caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o genot\u00edpica e funcional das estirpes selecionadas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2596\">Uma parte significativa das estirpes isoladas foi sujeita a uma <strong data-start=\"2328\" data-end=\"2366\">caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o genot\u00edpica completa<\/strong>, recorrendo a t\u00e9cnicas de sequencia\u00e7\u00e3o que permitiram obter um perfil gen\u00e9tico detalhado. Esta abordagem possibilitou avaliar a <strong data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2533\">inocuidade de cada micro-organismo<\/strong> e identificar propriedades funcionais de interesse industrial.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"3087\">De forma complementar, foi realizada uma <strong data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2680\">caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o fenot\u00edpica aprofundada<\/strong>, avaliando par\u00e2metros-chave como a toler\u00e2ncia a condi\u00e7\u00f5es adversas, a capacidade fermentativa e o potencial probi\u00f3tico. Estes estudos foram apoiados por <strong data-start=\"2834\" data-end=\"2854\">ensaios in vitro<\/strong> destinados a avaliar a resist\u00eancia ao tr\u00e2nsito gastrointestinal e \u00e0 fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o col\u00f3nica, bem como a capacidade dos micro-organismos para aderir a modelos epiteliais, fornecendo informa\u00e7\u00e3o relevante sobre o seu potencial probi\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3378\">Os resultados obtidos confirmam que v\u00e1rias das estirpes avaliadas apresentam <strong data-start=\"3166\" data-end=\"3210\">resist\u00eancia a pH \u00e1cido e a sais biliares<\/strong>, um comportamento fermentativo favor\u00e1vel e uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz com modelos epiteliais, refor\u00e7ando o seu interesse para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es nas \u00e1reas da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e da sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-185788 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"digestores AINIA\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3385\" data-end=\"3458\"><strong data-start=\"3388\" data-end=\"3458\">Plataforma automatizada para a cribagem e monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o microbiana<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3749\">Como um dos principais avan\u00e7os tecnol\u00f3gicos do projeto, o BIOPROSPECT permitiu o desenvolvimento de uma <strong data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3591\">plataforma automatizada<\/strong> que possibilita a cribagem em larga escala e a <strong data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3696\">monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real do crescimento microbiano<\/strong> sob diferentes substratos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es experimentais.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3751\" data-end=\"4015\">Esta ferramenta permitiu otimizar os tempos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, melhorar a reprodutibilidade dos ensaios e facilitar a compara\u00e7\u00e3o objetiva entre estirpes, acelerando assim a tomada de decis\u00f5es nos processos de sele\u00e7\u00e3o com vista ao escalonamento e \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o industrial.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-185767 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"4022\" data-end=\"4093\"><strong data-start=\"4025\" data-end=\"4093\">Valida\u00e7\u00e3o do potencial industrial em matrizes l\u00e1cteas e vegetais<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4095\" data-end=\"4524\">O projeto contou com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas <strong data-start=\"4143\" data-end=\"4152\">ALNUT<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"4154\" data-end=\"4163\">DACSA<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"4166\" data-end=\"4175\">NATRA<\/strong>, com as quais foram iniciados estudos orientados para a <strong data-start=\"4232\" data-end=\"4256\">aplica\u00e7\u00e3o industrial<\/strong> das estirpes selecionadas. Neste \u00e2mbito, foi avaliado o potencial fermentativo de estirpes previamente caracterizadas, utilizando <strong data-start=\"4387\" data-end=\"4423\">leite inteiro como mat\u00e9ria-prima<\/strong>, com o objetivo de desenvolver um iogurte sem necessidade de recorrer a culturas starter adicionais.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4526\" data-end=\"4805\">Em paralelo, foram realizados ensaios de fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o em <strong data-start=\"4582\" data-end=\"4603\">matrizes vegetais<\/strong>, incluindo farinhas e outros substratos, abrindo caminho ao desenvolvimento de produtos inovadores adaptados a diferentes mercados e alinhados com as novas tend\u00eancias da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e da biotecnologia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-185762 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/colaboracion-emrpesa-bioprospect-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"colaboraci\u00f3n empresa\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/colaboracion-emrpesa-bioprospect-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/colaboracion-emrpesa-bioprospect-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/colaboracion-emrpesa-bioprospect-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/colaboracion-emrpesa-bioprospect.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2 data-start=\"4812\" data-end=\"4871\"><strong data-start=\"4815\" data-end=\"4871\">A bioprospe\u00e7\u00e3o como motor da inova\u00e7\u00e3o biotecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4873\" data-end=\"5277\">Os resultados do BIOPROSPECT confirmam o valor da <strong data-start=\"4923\" data-end=\"4939\">bioprospe\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> como estrat\u00e9gia para identificar micro-organismos com propriedades diferenciadoras e acelerar a sua transfer\u00eancia para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es reais.
