Entre eles, os ensaios <strong data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"488\">in vivo versus in vitro<\/strong> s\u00e3o duas metodologias-chave, cada uma com caracter\u00edsticas, aplica\u00e7\u00f5es e vantagens pr\u00f3prias.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Experi\u00eancias in vivo: defini\u00e7\u00e3o e exemplos de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"837\"><strong>O que significa \u201cin vivo\u201d?<\/strong> O termo in vivo prov\u00e9m do latim e significa \u201cdentro do ser vivo\u201d. Embora isolados, estes modelos mant\u00eam parte da arquitetura e funcionalidade do ambiente nativo, sendo \u00fateis para estudos fisiol\u00f3gicos mais avan\u00e7ados do que os <strong data-start=\"3831\" data-end=\"3843\">in vitro<\/strong> cl\u00e1ssicos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Estudos in vivo e in vitro: utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de culturas celulares\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3915\" data-end=\"4107\">Muitas vezes, para preservar as caracter\u00edsticas fisiol\u00f3gicas, bioqu\u00edmicas e gen\u00e9ticas do sistema biol\u00f3gico original, os investigadores recorrem ao uso de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/pt\/ainia-news\/tipos-de-cultura-celular-in-vitro\/\"><strong> culturas celulares humanas ou animais.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4109\" data-end=\"4223\">Estas culturas simulam fun\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas de tecidos ou \u00f3rg\u00e3os e podem classificar-se em quatro tipos principais:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4225\" data-end=\"4476\">\n<li data-start=\"4225\" data-end=\"4280\">\n<p data-start=\"4227\" data-end=\"4280\"><strong>Culturas prim\u00e1rias<\/strong>, derivadas diretamente de tecidos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4281\" data-end=\"4336\">\n<p data-start=\"4283\" data-end=\"4336\"><strong>Culturas secund\u00e1rias<\/strong>, obtidas a partir das prim\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4337\" data-end=\"4408\">\n<p data-start=\"4339\" data-end=\"4408\"><strong>Linhagens celulares cont\u00ednuas<\/strong>, capazes de se dividir indefinidamente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4409\" data-end=\"4476\">\n<p data-start=\"4411\" data-end=\"4476\"><strong>Hibridomas<\/strong>, utilizados para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de anticorpos monoclonais.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es comuns dos modelos in vitro\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4530\" data-end=\"4772\">\n<p data-start=\"4532\" data-end=\"4772\"><strong>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e1rmacos<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/pt\/ainia-news\/organ-on-a-chip-tecnologia-aplicacoes\/\"> com\u00f3rg\u00e3os-em-chip<\/a><\/strong>: sistemas microflu\u00eddicos que simulam fun\u00e7\u00f5es humanas essenciais (f\u00edgado, intestino, pulm\u00e3o, etc.) com c\u00e9lulas humanas.
