Este tipo de processo poderia permitir seu uso como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/pt\/desenvolvimento-de-ingredientes-e-ou-compostos-bioativos-para-produtos-cosmeticos-e-de-higiene-pessoal\/\">ingredientes funcionais na ind\u00fastria aliment\u00edcia ou cosm\u00e9tica<\/a>, entre outras.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Para isso, foram selecionadas ves\u00edculas extracelulares provenientes de tr\u00eas fontes diferentes por suas caracter\u00edsticas e potencial funcionalidade: um microrganismo<strong> probi\u00f3tico<\/strong> do g\u00eanero Lactobacillus, c\u00e9lulas vegetais de <strong>tangerina<\/strong> e uma <strong>linha celular humana<\/strong> (hep\u00e1tica). \u201cTrabalhou-se na otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9todos de purifica\u00e7\u00e3o de ves\u00edculas por cromatografia, um sistema que permite o isolamento de ves\u00edculas a n\u00edvel industrial, sem afetar a integridade e funcionalidade destas\u201d, segundo informa El\u00edas Hurtado do departamento de Biotecnologia da AINIA.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, segundo explicou Laura Soriano, do departamento de Biotecnologia da AINIA, \u201c<em>estas ves\u00edculas oferecem muitas possibilidades como ingredientes funcionais que poderiam ser incorporados em <strong>bebidas ou outros tipos de alimentos<\/strong>, em <strong>cremes<\/strong> cosm\u00e9ticos ou como ativos em <strong>c\u00e1psulas<\/strong> ou outros formatos, para citar alguns exemplos. No entanto, para cada caso deve-se continuar pesquisando a melhor alternativa para manter a viabilidade t\u00e9cnico-econ\u00f4mica do processo<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">As ves\u00edculas extracelulares como ingrediente inovador para a ind\u00fastria<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As ves\u00edculas extracelulares, pequenas estruturas rodeadas de uma membrana produzida pelas c\u00e9lulas de qualquer organismo, s\u00e3o uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00e9lula da qual procedem e servem para se comunicar com outras c\u00e9lulas, \u00f3rg\u00e3os ou tecidos do organismo, transportando subst\u00e2ncias bioativas. Esta fun\u00e7\u00e3o sup\u00f5e um grande potencial no campo da sa\u00fade, para seu uso no diagn\u00f3stico de doen\u00e7as, como ativo com efeito biol\u00f3gico, ou como sistema de libera\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e1rmacos ou carrier, se for introduzida outra mol\u00e9cula de interesse. Mas tamb\u00e9m abre o campo a grandes possibilidades para a ind\u00fastria aliment\u00edcia ou cosm\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>Na medicina, t\u00eam sido aplicadas metodologias de separa\u00e7\u00e3o de ves\u00edculas extracelulares mediante tecnologias que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o escal\u00e1veis a n\u00edvel industrial. Al\u00e9m disso, muitas vezes obt\u00eam uma alta pureza, mas baixos rendimentos, pelo que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o rent\u00e1veis. \u201cA otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o e valida\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9todos que permitam processar e obter maior volume de ves\u00edculas extracelulares mantendo sua funcionalidade, proporciona uma ferramenta \u00fatil para explorar estas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em distintos setores industriais\u201d, destacou Laura Soriano.<\/p>\n<p>Todas as c\u00e9lulas (incluindo as bact\u00e9rias, as c\u00e9lulas vegetais ou as humanas) s\u00e3o fontes deste tipo de ves\u00edculas, o que permite explorar m\u00faltiplas funcionalidades.
