Pour cela, il est pr\u00e9vu d\u2019\u00e9valuer, dans une premi\u00e8re phase, les diff\u00e9rences entre les empreintes spectrales de cellules saines et de cellules tumorales. Par la suite, des prototypes seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s afin de contribuer au diagnostic rapide, en int\u00e9grant les capteurs photoniques avec des outils de balayage permettant d\u2019explorer les tissus des patients de mani\u00e8re rapide et non invasive, au moyen de sondes externes pour l\u2019exploration du tissu \u00e9pidermique et de sondes internes pour l\u2019exploration des tissus dans les cavit\u00e9s intracorporelles (coloscopes ou endoscopes). Ces prototypes seront utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019essais hospitaliers, en coordination avec les unit\u00e9s d\u2019endoscopie du Service de Gastro-ent\u00e9rologie de La Fe et avec le Service de Dermatologie de l\u2019IVO.   <\/p>\n<p>Ce projet vise \u00e0 \u00e9tudier, d\u00e9velopper et \u00e9valuer des prototypes au moyen de technologies optiques rapides et inoffensives, applicables \u00e0 la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce de maladies tumorales, dans le but de fournir aux professionnels de la m\u00e9decine des outils de diagnostic susceptibles de contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le taux de mortalit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la rapidit\u00e9 du diagnostic. Pour cela, le projet s\u2019appuie sur les capacit\u00e9s et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019AINIA dans les technologies photoniques, ainsi que sur sa collaboration avec des groupes de recherche du domaine m\u00e9dical de l\u2019Institut de Recherche Sanitaire La Fe et de l\u2019Institut Valencien d\u2019Oncologie. Ce projet vise \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des connaissances scientifiques sur la capacit\u00e9 des technologies photoniques \u00e0 diff\u00e9rencier les tissus humains sains des tissus humains affect\u00e9s par des pathologies telles que certains types de tumeurs.
