Les r\u00e9sultats nous rapprochent de m\u00e9thodologies plus objectives, tra\u00e7ables et transf\u00e9rables au secteur<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>syst\u00e8mes agroforestiers <\/strong>peuvent contribuer \u00e0 stocker du carbone dans la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation et dans le sol, tout en favorisant la biodiversit\u00e9, en prot\u00e9geant contre l\u2019\u00e9rosion et en am\u00e9liorant la r\u00e9silience des exploitations. Cependant, pour d\u00e9montrer cette contribution, nous devons mesurer l\u2019\u00e9volution des arbres et de la biomasse au fil du temps. <\/p>\n<p>Cette t\u00e2che est particuli\u00e8rement complexe dans les environnements m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens, o\u00f9 coexistent diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces, tailles, densit\u00e9s et conditions environnementales. Les mesures manuelles fournissent des informations pr\u00e9cises, mais demandent du temps et sont difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter sur de grandes surfaces. <\/p>\n<p>Dans INNO4CFIS, nous avons travaill\u00e9 sur des m\u00e9thodologies permettant de compl\u00e9ter ces mesures gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des <strong>technologies de t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection a\u00e9rienne et terrestre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Drones pour caract\u00e9riser les arbres et les parcelles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019aide de <strong>drones \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cam\u00e9ras RGB et multispectrales<\/strong> et de syst\u00e8mes de positionnement de haute pr\u00e9cision, nous avons g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 des orthomosa\u00efques, des cartes d\u2019indices de v\u00e9g\u00e9tation, des nuages de points tridimensionnelles et des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques du terrain et de la surface.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de ces donn\u00e9es, nous avons obtenu des informations sur la c<strong>ouverture v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, la hauteur des arbres, les dimensions des houppiers <\/strong>et la variabilit\u00e9 existant au sein des parcelles. Lorsque la structure de la plantation le permet, nous pouvons analyser des arbres individuellement et comparer leur \u00e9volution entre les campagnes. <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que la r\u00e9solution des images ne garantit pas, \u00e0 elle seule, un r\u00e9sultat fiable. La planification du vol, l\u2019\u00e9talonnage des capteurs, les conditions d\u2019\u00e9clairage et de vent ainsi que la pr\u00e9cision du g\u00e9or\u00e9f\u00e9rencement sont des facteurs essentiels pour diff\u00e9rencier les changements r\u00e9els des \u00e9ventuelles variations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es lors de l\u2019acquisition et du traitement des donn\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-81664 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/teledeteccion-drones-inno4cfis-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/teledeteccion-drones-inno4cfis-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/teledeteccion-drones-inno4cfis-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/teledeteccion-drones-inno4cfis-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/teledeteccion-drones-inno4cfis.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mesure terrestre de la structure des arbres<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019observation a\u00e9rienne permet principalement de caract\u00e9riser les houppiers, mais elle fournit moins d\u2019informations sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments cach\u00e9s, tels que les troncs ou les branches inf\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter ces donn\u00e9es, nous avons utilis\u00e9 des <strong>dispositifs mobiles int\u00e9grant des capteurs LiDAR et RGB et s\u2019appuyant sur des syst\u00e8mes de positionnement RTK<\/strong>. Ces technologies nous ont permis de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des reconstructions tridimensionnelles et d\u2019estimer des variables, telles que le <strong>diam\u00e8tre du tronc<\/strong>, fondamentales pour le d\u00e9veloppement des mod\u00e8les de calcul de la biomasse. <\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus montrent le potentiel de ces dispositifs pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer certaines mesures et comparer l\u2019\u00e9volution des arbres entre les campagnes. Ils enregistrent des signaux \u00e0 partir desquels sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s des donn\u00e9es et des images que nous devons traiter afin d\u2019obtenir des variables li\u00e9es \u00e0 la biomasse de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation. <\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, nous avons reli\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es obtenues \u00e0 l\u2019aide de drones et de dispositifs terrestres aux mesures r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur le terrain. Ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rences nous permettent d\u2019\u00e9talonner et de valider les mod\u00e8les utilis\u00e9s pour mettre en relation des variables telles que la hauteur, le diam\u00e8tre du tronc ou les dimensions du houppier avec la <strong>biomasse des arbres.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Notre objectif n\u2019est pas de remplacer le travail de terrain, mais de l\u2019utiliser de mani\u00e8re plus efficace. Les mesures directes fournissent la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence n\u00e9cessaire, tandis que la t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection permet d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019observation, de la r\u00e9p\u00e9ter plus fr\u00e9quemment et de l\u2019\u00e9tendre \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la parcelle. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>INNO4CFIS favorise une agriculture du carbone fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans la vid\u00e9o suivante, nous montrons comment nous avons appliqu\u00e9 ces technologies afin de <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/sSywieYyfgI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conna\u00eetre avec plus de pr\u00e9cision la formation de biomasse comme base pour estimer la fixation du carbone dans les syst\u00e8mes agroforestiers.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Lecteur vid\u00e9o YouTube\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/UYS50oJEyuA?si=Efwk32JZWD9E7KYy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La combinaison de<strong> mesures terrestres, de drones, de donn\u00e9es satellitaires et de mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques<\/strong> nous permet de compl\u00e9ter les observations de terrain par des donn\u00e9es objectives et comparables \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9chelles.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, nous avons progress\u00e9 dans la connexion de ces sources \u00e0 une architecture num\u00e9rique de gestion des donn\u00e9es. De cette mani\u00e8re, chaque observation peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une parcelle, un arbre, une date et une proc\u00e9dure concr\u00e8te, tout en pr\u00e9servant la<strong> tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es<\/strong> depuis la mesure initiale jusqu\u2019au r\u00e9sultat final. <\/p>\n<p>Ces capacit\u00e9s peuvent contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de futurs <strong>syst\u00e8mes num\u00e9riques de suivi, de notification et de v\u00e9rification du carbone.<\/strong> Cependant, la t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection ne repr\u00e9sente qu\u2019une partie du processus et doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodologies de certification et \u00e0 des cadres \u00e9valuant des aspects tels que l\u2019additionnalit\u00e9 ou la permanence du carbone stock\u00e9. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>Technologies transf\u00e9rables au secteur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019INNO4CFIS d\u00e9montrent que la combinaison de mesures de terrain, de technologies de t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection et de mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques peut am\u00e9liorer le <strong>suivi de la biomasse dans les syst\u00e8mes agroforestiers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodologies permettant de caract\u00e9riser les arbres et les parcelles, de comparer les campagnes et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es fiables sur leur \u00e9volution. Le prochain d\u00e9fi consistera \u00e0 \u00e9largir leur validation et \u00e0 parvenir \u00e0 un \u00e9quilibre entre pr\u00e9cision, co\u00fbt, facilit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation et capacit\u00e9 d\u2019application dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>agriculture du carbone<\/strong> commence sur le terrain, mais elle ne peut progresser que si nous transformons chaque observation en une preuve fiable, comparable et tra\u00e7able.
