Dans ce contexte, le projet <strong data-start=\"552\" data-end=\"567\">BIOPROSPECT<\/strong> s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur l\u2019identification, la caract\u00e9risation et la validation fonctionnelle de nouvelles souches microbiennes \u00e0 travers des <strong data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"745\">strat\u00e9gies avanc\u00e9es de bioprospection<\/strong>, combin\u00e9es \u00e0 des outils technologiques permettant d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et d\u2019optimiser leur \u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"1167\">BIOPROSPECT a permis d\u2019approfondir les connaissances et d\u2019isoler des <strong data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"939\">bact\u00e9ries lactiques (BAL)<\/strong> pr\u00e9sentant un potentiel fermentaire et probiotique, ainsi que de d\u00e9velopper une <strong data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1104\">plateforme automatis\u00e9e pour le criblage et le suivi de la croissance microbienne<\/strong>, clairement orient\u00e9e vers une future application industrielle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1240\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/s_H6CJmK3Ic\"><strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1240\">Vid\u00e9o : r\u00e9sultats et approche technologique de BIOPROSPECT<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1544\">Cette vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sente les principaux r\u00e9sultats du projet et l\u2019approche technologique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour identifier et \u00e9valuer des micro-organismes d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat issus <strong data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1463\">d\u2019environnements marins profonds et d\u2019\u00e9chantillons humains<\/strong>, ainsi que leur potentiel pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles solutions biotechnologiques.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s_H6CJmK3Ic?si=1khQa3oRXKRwxSEY\" width=\"800\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1649\"><strong data-start=\"1554\" data-end=\"1649\">Bioprospection dans des environnements diversifi\u00e9s pour \u00e9largir la biodiversit\u00e9 microbienne<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"2174\">Dans BIOPROSPECT, la bioprospection microbienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de deux sources compl\u00e9mentaires. D\u2019une part, des campagnes d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es dans les <strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1848\">fonds marins profonds<\/strong>, dans le but d\u2019identifier des genres microbiens encore peu explor\u00e9s et pr\u00e9sentant un potentiel biotechnologique. D\u2019autre part, des <strong data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2029\">\u00e9chantillons humains provenant de nourrissons<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, constituant une source particuli\u00e8rement pertinente pour l\u2019isolement de bact\u00e9ries lactiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me intestinal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2319\">\u00c0 partir de ces sources, <strong data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2237\">plus de 100 souches bact\u00e9riennes<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9es et soumises \u00e0 un processus structur\u00e9 de criblage et de s\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2403\"><strong>Caract\u00e9risation g\u00e9notypique et fonctionnelle des souches s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2405\" data-end=\"2743\">Une part significative des souches isol\u00e9es a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une <strong data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2509\">caract\u00e9risation g\u00e9notypique compl\u00e8te<\/strong>, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de techniques de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age, permettant d\u2019obtenir un profil g\u00e9n\u00e9tique d\u00e9taill\u00e9. Cette approche a permis d\u2019\u00e9valuer <strong data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2675\">l\u2019innocuit\u00e9 de chaque micro-organisme<\/strong> et d\u2019identifier des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s fonctionnelles d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat industriel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2745\" data-end=\"3261\">En compl\u00e9ment, une <strong data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"2808\">caract\u00e9risation ph\u00e9notypique approfondie<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, en \u00e9valuant des param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s tels que la tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 des conditions d\u00e9favorables, la capacit\u00e9 fermentaire et le potentiel probiotique. Ces \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appuy\u00e9es par des <strong data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3018\">essais in vitro<\/strong> visant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la r\u00e9sistance au transit gastro-intestinal et \u00e0 la fermentation colique, ainsi que la capacit\u00e9 des micro-organismes \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les \u00e9pith\u00e9liaux, fournissant des informations pertinentes sur leur potentiel probiotique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3595\">Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus confirment que plusieurs des souches \u00e9valu\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent une <strong data-start=\"3346\" data-end=\"3394\">r\u00e9sistance au pH acide et aux sels biliaires<\/strong>, un comportement fermentaire favorable et une interaction efficace avec des mod\u00e8les \u00e9pith\u00e9liaux, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi leur int\u00e9r\u00eat pour des applications dans les domaines de l\u2019alimentation et de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-185788 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"digestores AINIA\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/gastrointestinal-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3670\"><strong data-start=\"3605\" data-end=\"3670\">Plateforme automatis\u00e9e pour le criblage et le suivi microbien<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3672\" data-end=\"3951\">Parmi les avanc\u00e9es technologiques majeures du projet, BIOPROSPECT a permis de d\u00e9velopper une <strong data-start=\"3765\" data-end=\"3791\">plateforme automatis\u00e9e<\/strong> capable de r\u00e9aliser un criblage \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit et un <strong data-start=\"3843\" data-end=\"3895\">suivi en temps r\u00e9el de la croissance microbienne<\/strong> sous diff\u00e9rents substrats et conditions exp\u00e9rimentales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3953\" data-end=\"4251\">Cet outil a permis d\u2019optimiser les d\u00e9lais d\u2019\u00e9valuation, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la reproductibilit\u00e9 des essais et de faciliter la comparaison objective entre les souches, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant ainsi la prise de d\u00e9cision dans les processus de s\u00e9lection en vue de leur mont\u00e9e en \u00e9chelle et de leur application industrielle.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-185767 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/plataforma-cribado-automatizada.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\"><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"4258\" data-end=\"4340\"><strong data-start=\"4261\" data-end=\"4340\">Validation du potentiel industriel dans des matrices laiti\u00e8res et v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4342\" data-end=\"4807\">Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 en collaboration avec les entreprises <strong data-start=\"4401\" data-end=\"4410\">ALNUT<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"4412\" data-end=\"4421\">DACSA<\/strong> et <strong data-start=\"4425\" data-end=\"4434\">NATRA<\/strong>, avec lesquelles des \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9es afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer le <strong data-start=\"4498\" data-end=\"4538\">potentiel d\u2019application industrielle<\/strong> des souches s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es.
