La biotechnologie industrielle s\u2019impose comme l\u2019une des solutions cl\u00e9s, combinant durabilit\u00e9 et efficacit\u00e9 de production. Dans ce cadre, les biofonderies suscitent un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant au sein des entreprises.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"721\"><strong>Pourquoi les biofonderies jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le paysage industriel actuel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"1165\">Les biofonderies d\u00e9signent des organismes capables, naturellement ou par ing\u00e9nierie, de produire des mol\u00e9cules biologiques d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat industriel avec des rendements \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Ces mol\u00e9cules incluent, par exemple, des phytohormones pour stimuler la croissance des plantes, des principes actifs pharmaceutiques, des compos\u00e9s bioactifs pour les aliments fonctionnels, des actifs cosm\u00e9tiques, des agents de bioconservation ou encore des biomat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1670\">Nombre de ces mol\u00e9cules biologiques sont encore issues de ressources fossiles (mat\u00e9riaux polym\u00e9riques, tensioactifs, etc.) ou n\u00e9cessitent de grandes quantit\u00e9s de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pour leur extraction, comme certains ar\u00f4mes ou compos\u00e9s bioactifs. Par ailleurs, certaines proviennent de sources soulevant des pr\u00e9occupations \u00e9thiques ou environnementales. Dans ces cas, les organismes utilis\u00e9s en biofonderie offrent une alternative durable,<strong> \u00e9conomiquement comp\u00e9titive et respectueuse de l\u2019environnement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1950\">Dans d\u2019autres situations, l\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de remplacer une mol\u00e9cule existante, mais de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s, comme certains principes actifs innovants dans les domaines pharmaceutique et cosm\u00e9tique, obtenus par cultures cellulaires v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ou animales.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2005\">Fonctionnement des biofonderies et avantages cl\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2357\">Dans la plupart des cas, la plateforme de production repose sur des microorganismes ou des cultures cellulaires cultiv\u00e9s dans des bior\u00e9acteurs contenant des milieux nutritifs adapt\u00e9s. Une fois le processus termin\u00e9,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ainia.com\/fr\/extraction-et-separation-avec-co2-supercritique\/\"><strong> des \u00e9tapes de s\u00e9paration et de purification<\/strong><\/a> sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es afin d\u2019isoler la mol\u00e9cule cible dans des conditions optimales d\u2019utilisation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2736\">L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment central r\u00e9side dans le choix du microorganisme ou de la<strong> lign\u00e9e cellulaire utilis\u00e9e comme biofonderie<\/strong>. Si certains microorganismes produisent naturellement des mol\u00e9cules sp\u00e9cifiques, dans de nombreux cas, les niveaux de production sont trop faibles, voire inexistants. L\u2019ing\u00e9nierie g\u00e9n\u00e9tique devient alors indispensable pour assurer une production efficace et durable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"3087\">Cette approche n\u00e9cessite des outils sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, appel\u00e9s \u00ab vecteurs d\u2019expression \u00bb et \u00ab briques g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques \u00bb, qui permettent de modifier g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement l\u2019organisme biofonderie afin d\u2019adapter sa fonctionnalit\u00e9 aux objectifs vis\u00e9s. La qualit\u00e9 de ces outils est d\u00e9terminante pour la r\u00e9ussite du d\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du futur proc\u00e9d\u00e9 industriel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3146\" data-end=\"3639\">Une fois les mol\u00e9cules obtenues via les <strong>biofonderies<\/strong>, il est essentiel de s\u00e9lectionner des techniques d\u2019extraction et de purification respectueuses des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s bioactives, en particulier pour les substances sensibles. Su tesis doctoral se centr\u00f3 en la producci\u00f3n de anticuerpos en plataformas vegetales para aplicaciones de inmunoterapia oral pasiva, combinando biotecnolog\u00eda vegetal, expresi\u00f3n recombinante y aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas. Tras el doctorado, realiz\u00f3 un primer posdoctorado en B\u00e9lgica en el VIB (Plant Systems Biology, Universidad de Gante), financiado mediante una beca posdoctoral FWO belga competitiva, donde trabaj\u00f3 en ingenier\u00eda gen\u00e9tica de plantas y en el desarrollo de vacunas orales. Posteriormente, obtuvo una beca Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, con la que continu\u00f3 su etapa posdoctoral enfoc\u00e1ndose en el dise\u00f1o de anticuerpos y su producci\u00f3n en plataformas vegetales como complemento alimentario para nutrici\u00f3n animal. Despu\u00e9s de una etapa en Grimstad (sur de Noruega) por motivos de reunificaci\u00f3n familiar, regres\u00f3 a Valencia para incorporarse al CSIC como investigadora posdoctoral, donde trabaj\u00f3 en edici\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de plantas. Tras su etapa acad\u00e9mica, se incorpor\u00f3 a AINIA, en el departamento de Microbiolog\u00eda y Biotecnolog\u00eda Industrial, donde particip\u00f3 activamente en la creaci\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n del laboratorio de biolog\u00eda molecular e ingenier\u00eda gen\u00e9tica, contribuyendo al impulso estrat\u00e9gico de esta l\u00ednea dentro del centro. Despu\u00e9s de cinco a\u00f1os en este departamento, pas\u00f3 a formar parte de la Unidad de Innovaci\u00f3n, donde actualmente ejerce como l\u00edder y gestora de proyectos europeos, con un fuerte enfoque en biotecnolog\u00eda, transferencia de tecnolog\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n Biotecnolog\u00eda Molecular y Celular de Plantas por la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia. Su tesis doctoral se centr\u00f3 en la producci\u00f3n de anticuerpos en plataformas vegetales para aplicaciones de inmunoterapia oral pasiva, combinando biotecnolog\u00eda vegetal, expresi\u00f3n recombinante y aplicaciones biom\u00e9dicas. Tras el doctorado, realiz\u00f3 un primer posdoctorado en B\u00e9lgica en el VIB (Plant Systems Biology, Universidad de Gante), financiado mediante una beca posdoctoral FWO belga competitiva, donde trabaj\u00f3 en ingenier\u00eda gen\u00e9tica de plantas y en el desarrollo de vacunas orales. Posteriormente, obtuvo una beca Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, con la que continu\u00f3 su etapa posdoctoral enfoc\u00e1ndose en el dise\u00f1o de anticuerpos y su producci\u00f3n en plataformas vegetales como complemento alimentario para nutrici\u00f3n animal. Despu\u00e9s de una etapa en Grimstad (sur de Noruega) por motivos de reunificaci\u00f3n familiar, regres\u00f3 a Valencia para incorporarse al CSIC como investigadora posdoctoral, donde trabaj\u00f3 en edici\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de plantas. Tras su etapa acad\u00e9mica, se incorpor\u00f3 a AINIA, en el departamento de Microbiolog\u00eda y Biotecnolog\u00eda Industrial, donde particip\u00f3 activamente en la creaci\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n del laboratorio de biolog\u00eda molecular e ingenier\u00eda gen\u00e9tica, contribuyendo al impulso estrat\u00e9gico de esta l\u00ednea dentro del centro.
