Les composants devant \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9s obligatoirement sont : la valeur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, les mati\u00e8res grasses, les acides gras satur\u00e9s, les glucides, les sucres, les prot\u00e9ines et le sel. Cette information nutritionnelle obligatoire peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9e volontairement par les valeurs d\u2019autres nutriments tels que : les acides gras monoinsatur\u00e9s et polyinsatur\u00e9s, les polyols, l\u2019amidon, les fibres alimentaires, les vitamines ou les min\u00e9raux.<br\/>  <\/p><p>Les informations relatives aux caract\u00e9ristiques nutritionnelles d\u2019un aliment constituent aujourd\u2019hui <span style=\"color: #ff763f;\">un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel dans la d\u00e9cision d\u2019achat du consommateur<\/span>, car elles permettent,
