Among the main advances of the project is the development of different pathways for the integral valorisation of CO\u2082 and methane into high-value industrial biobased products, such as bioplastics (PHAs) and microbial proteins<\/strong>. COMBOI has also developed an advanced CO\u2082 capture technology based on synthetic zeolites, capable of recovering this gas from low-concentration streams, optimising its use and reducing emissions.<\/p>\n

These results confirm the potential of biotechnology to convert gaseous waste into valuable resources, promoting a more sustainable and competitive industrial model.<\/p>\n

The COMBOI project has received support from IVACE<\/a><\/strong> and has been funded by the European Union through the FEDER Comunitat Valenciana 2021-2027 Programme.<\/p>\n
